2. Conversion Statement:

All payments will be made in the local currency EUR. For information display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the Central Bank of Montenegro is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Conditions for canceling arrangements and changing dates:

The guest is obliged to notify the Bristol Hotel in writing about canceling or changing the date of the arrangement. Depending on the terms of cancellation of the arrangement, the following percentages of the total price are retained:

  • The guest can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged: the total price of the reservation if he cancels within 2 days before arrival. No prepayment is required.
  • In case of early departure from the hotel, Bristol Hotel has no obligation to return the money

After the reservation has been made, changes in dates can only be made with the consent of the Bristol Hotel.

Grace period
  • No cancellation fees will be charged for a reservation canceled 4 hours after the reservation was made
5. Protection of confidential transaction data:

When entering data about a payment card, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, so the entire payment process is carried out in a secure environment.

6. Statement on VAT:

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

7. Payment methods:
  • Payment is available at the reception with payment cards or cash.
  • An additional option is to accept payment cards for the card not present option (without the physical presence of the card).

Pre-authorization preferences
  • We pre-authorize guest credit cards before arrival for certain policy types.
  • The amount we temporarily hold on guests’ credit cards is the full amount.
  • We pre-authorize guests’ credit cards after the free cancellation period.

We accept bookings without credit card details from:

  • Later booking for the same day: guests who book between 16:00 and 00:00 and arrive on the same day, when at least 3 units are available.
8. Online payment:

WSPAY – Credit or Debit Cards: secure payment by credit or debit card. You will be redirected to the WSPAY website where complete payment security is guaranteed. The relevant data of your reservation and online credit card payments are protected per PCI DSS standards. WSPay protects the transmission of your data and your privacy using TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocols. Entry and transfer of personal data and credit card number data is protected by SSL protocol.
